Frequently Asked Questions

This is a common statement made to families to encourage you to purchase from them.  First, you should know that all the memorials we offer have a manufacturer warranty against any problems with materials or workmanship.  You can be assured that any issues will be remedied to your satisfaction.   I would encourage you to ask for your cemetery’s warranty IN WRITING.   Chances are they cannot provide one because they don’t have one.   Also, any damage caused by negligence on the part of cemetery staff or equipment will be repaired or replaced at no cost to you.  Your granite may crack but 99.99% of the time it is because it was run over by heavy equipment.

Many cemeteries do have installation permits.  We will obtain the permits and forward for your signature.  We can also collect any installation fees that the cemetery may charge and will pay those fees on your behalf.

We will start with learning a little bit about the deceased. What was their hobbies/interests? Religious values/beliefs? Family and friends?   Military service?  What would you like a family member that visits the burial site 100 years from now to know about this individual? Based on the information you provide; we can design a customized memorial.  We believe that memorials can be more than just a name and a date.

Typically, 8-10 weeks is normal.  It will depend on the length of time that it takes the family to approve the final design.  It will also vary depending on the manufacturer production backlog.  Slight delays may occur due to inclement weather.

Absolutely! However, because of the personalized nature of a memorial, we do not place the order until payment in full.

Yes, we do.  Preplanning is a wise choice to make.  It freezes the price and ensures that you receive the memorial you wish.  Additionally, it takes away the burden of a family member trying to make all the decisions at a time of sorrow.  And finally, you have the benefit of making convenient monthly installments.  Many of our plans are zero interest.  We will be happy to discuss your individual circumstances.
